What happens when you delete your account?

• Data Deleted: Your profile information, saved payment methods, delivery history, and active sessions will be permanently erased.
• Data Kept: We may retain certain transaction records for a limited period strictly for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes.

How to submit a request

To ensure the security of your account, please send us an email requesting account deletion. Make sure to send this email from the address associated with your XENDMi account, or include your registered phone number.
